AVALON BY THE SEA VILLA
Villas at Lower Bay, Bequia
|:||Lower Bay, Bequia|
Avalon by the Sea is situated just footsteps away from enchanting Lower Bay Beach and features a lovely view of the sea and the lush tropical garden surrounding the building. It consists of 2 fully self-contained apartments, each on separate levels. The upper level is a 2-bedroom while the lower level is a 1-bedroom. Depending on the number of people and what is required during the stay, visitors have the choice of renting the whole property or just one of the apartments.
Walled and gated, surrounded by gardens, and recessed far enough from the road and other villas, it ensures both privacy and serenity. Avalon's upper level has a master bedroom with a queen-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with 2 twin beds, a second bathroom that has both a bathtub and shower, and a large common kitchen, dining and living area that opens out onto a spacious veranda with views onto the surrounding landscape and beach. The lower level consists of a separate kitchen, a sitting room and a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. In total, Avalon by the Sea can comfortably sleep 6 people.
The villa offers 110 / 220 volt electrical service throughout. There are tropical, heavy duty ceiling fans in all areas and through-wall air conditioners (one downstairs, and in each bedroom upstairs). With custom-made doors and windows opening on to the veranda, the whole villa is geared towards outdoor living. However, there is also an audio system, television with cable access, Wi-Fi, and an iPod connection to entertain you when indoors.
Avalon by the Sea has a full time caretaker who lives nearby, a gardener, and a housekeeper who comes every other day. Travel arrangements can be made for your arrival at the Bequia airport or ferry terminal.
