The Villa

Moringa is a superb new luxury 5-bedroom villa perched on the hillside high above Friendship Bay in the quiet & peaceful area known as Cloud 9, offering a stunning but serene luxury vacation experience, combining style with abundant conveniences.

Location

This location has stunning panoramic views over the beach below and across the Southern Grenadine island chain and the ocean beyond. Cloud 9 is located in the central part of the island of Bequia, a great location just a 5-10 minutes drive from most beaches, restaurants and shops.

Indoors

The main section of Moringa is laid out over one level, perfect for easy living. The villa comprises a spacious living/kitchen area with high lofted ceilings, an air-conditioned media room with a 47-inch flat-screen TV, a Bose sound system, DVDs, books, board games, and a foosball table. (110v adapters are available if required). An enormous games room, comfy seating, and a kitchen/bar complete this effortless living for up to 10 guests. In addition, the lower floor has equally spectacular ocean views. It is perfect for extended family, as it has a kitchen, living area and two of the five bedrooms are located on this level. The choice is yours with four separate dining areas; enjoy your meals around the swimming pool, the front terrace, the courtyard or the living/dining room. Moringa also has a hi-tech security system throughout the house for complete peace of mind, and Wifi is, of course, provided throughout the property.

Sleeping

Moringa has five air-conditioned king bedrooms (two can separate into twin beds), all with ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and dressing gowns. On the main house level, there are three king bedrooms, each with a small alcove with an additional bed, suitable for a child if required. On the Garden level, there are two king ensuite bedrooms. The Main house level is accessed via a stunning grand-scale spiral staircase into the heart of the main terrace. Each bedroom has access to the wide-covered terrace with extensive ocean views. Personal safes large enough for laptops are located in each bedroom.

Outdoors

The swimming pool is a generous size at 34 ft long by 16 ft wide and 4.7 ft deep (NOT for diving). Both the pool and the expansive pool deck offer stunning views. There is also a full kitchenette by the pool area, including; a fridge, dishwasher, electric hot plates, a sink, a kettle, a gas BBQ unit and a separate washroom. An ideal location for entertaining. The gardens are beautifully cared for, along with seasonal Papaya trees filling the courtyard. The magical Moringa Tree is in abundance. There is also a large lawned area in front of the house, ideal for older children to enjoy games and fly kites.

Staff

Moringa offers a dedicated House Manager who will oversee the maintenance of the property, including regular checks on the pool, garden, and other areas, and will be available to assist with any requests you may have during your stay. Additionally, a housekeeper is provided five days a week to ensure the villa remains clean and comfortable. Airport transfers are also provided for your arrival and departure, and if desired, chef services can be arranged upon request for a tailored dining experience.
