Location

The property's Moonhole location is unique, with the Caribbean Sea (and incredible snorkelling) steps away and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean & other Grenadine islands from the rear – truly breathtaking! Sandrock is the perfect base for those seeking peace & seclusion whilst also being within striking distance of the main amenities & shopping of Port Elizabeth, the bars/restaurants of the Belmont Walkway & the main beaches of Princess Margaret & Lower Bay.

Sleeping

The villa has four spacious, air-conditioned, & beautifully presented bedrooms, each with an immaculate private bathroom and ocean views. The king-size beds can be split into twin single beds to accommodate families if required. The bedrooms are split across two separate buildings on each villa wing.

Indoors

The property has been designed, constructed, and finished to a high degree, and the interior and exterior styling are reminiscent of the exclusive villas of Mustique. The main living space has a well-equipped kitchen and BBQ area and ample indoor/outdoor lounging space with comfortable, modern furnishings. The lines between indoor and outdoor living are blurred as the large folding doors open onto the stunning terraces overlooking the beach and ocean.

Outdoors

There are two stylish pools – the smaller infinity plunge pool on the upper deck and a larger swimming pool on the lower sun deck that measures 40 feet by 20 feet. Both are south-facing and are surrounded by natural wood decking. There are a total of eight loungers to soak up the warm Caribbean sun whilst sipping on a cocktail – pure bliss - Sandrock is situated on a safe and calm beach, making it the ideal place for swimming as well as offering the chance to experience Bequia’s world-class snorkelling (complimentary gear provided). There is even a sandy volleyball court & games area next to the pool & bar.

Staff

On arrival on the island, a traditional open-style taxi will meet you and transfer you directly to the villa. Complimentary drinks and nibbles are provided. A personal chef can also be arranged to prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners at an additional but reasonable cost. Your safety and well-being are essential to us.

Good To Know

Your safety and well-being are essential to us. We ask that children be supervised by an adult at Sandrock Villa, especially around unfenced areas, swimming pools, balconies, and water. Storm Beryl did some damage to the Jetty which will be rebuilt in 2024/25 so is not currently in use, a lot of the sand at the front of the house has also been washed away in the storm. Our most recent guests post the storm did not feel this impacted their stay.

Damage Deposit: A US$ 1,000 damage deposit is required upfront and will be returned upon inspection of the villa. If there are any damage claims/repair costs, these amounts will be taken from the damage deposit.

Tipping: Tipping is greatly appreciated for staff at approximately 5-10%. Our team recommends that any tips be spread throughout the stay. This sets a positive atmosphere at the villa and reassures staff that their service is appreciated.
