Sandrock is the perfect base for those seeking peace & seclusion whilst also being within striking distance of the main amenities & shopping of Port Elizabeth, the bars/ restaurants of the Belmont Walkway & the main beaches of Princess Margaret & Lower Bay.

Sleeping

The villa has four spacious, air-conditioned, & beautifully presented bedrooms, each with an immaculate private bathroom and ocean views. The king-size beds can be split into twin single beds to accommodate families if required. The bedrooms are split across two separate buildings on each villa wing.

Indoors

The property has been designed, constructed and finished to a high degree, and the interior and exterior styling is reminiscent of the exclusive villas of Mustique. The main living space has a well-equipped kitchen & BBQ area and ample indoor/outdoor lounging space with comfortable, modern furnishings. The lines are blurred between indoor & outdoor living as the large folding doors open onto the stunning terraces overlooking the beach & ocean.

Outdoors

There are two stylish pools – the smaller infinity plunge pool on the upper deck and a larger swimming pool on the lower sun deck that measures 40 feet by 20 feet. Both are south-facing and are surrounded by natural wood decking. There are a total of eight loungers to soak up the warm Caribbean sun whilst sipping on a cocktail – pure bliss - Sandrock is situated on a safe and calm beach, making it the ideal place for swimming as well as offering the chance to experience Bequia’s world-class snorkelling (complimentary gear provided). There is even a sandy volleyball court & games area next to the pool & bar.

Staff

A traditional open-style taxi will meet you on arrival on the island and transfer you directly to the villa. Complimentary drinks & nibbles are provided. A personal chef can also be arranged to prepare breakfasts, lunches & dinners at an additional but reasonable cost. Your safety and well-being are essential to us. Damage Deposit: US$ 1,000 damage deposit is required upfront and will be returned upon inspection of the villa. If there are any damage claims/repair costs, these amounts will be taken from the damage deposit.

Tipping: Tipping is greatly appreciated for staff at approximately 5-10%. Our team recommend that any tips be spread out throughout the stay. This sets a positive atmosphere at the villa and reassures staff that their service is appreciated.
