The Winchester is a stunning, contemporary home constructed in 2014. This magnificent, precisely detailed & fully equipped villa offers peaceful private accommodation for six guests.
Location
The Winchester is located on Ocean Ridge, above Crescent Beach, a lovely quiet and secluded private estate on Bequia's Eastern Coast. The South facing & elevated location allows for stunning views over Bequia's East Coast and the other Grenadine Islands. In addition, the high situation affords constant cooling breezes. The breathtaking ocean views incorporate the uninhabited islands of Balliceaux & Battowia and over to the private island of Mustique.
The Villa
London architect Kilburn Nightingale designed the Winchester, which comprises two buildings, the main house and guest house, linked by a terrace. The kitchen and utility room have top-of-the-range Bosch appliances and a spacious Scandinavian corner cold store.
Living
The main house has an ample open-plan living space upstairs, with comfy living & dining spaces and a fully equipped kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling windows and doors keep the space light and airy, allowing full access to spectacular panoramic views. These spaces open up entirely along one side onto the spacious balcony overlooking the swimming pool, gardens and Crescent Bay below. To the right of the balcony are the natural stone steps which access the beautiful infinity swimming pool and sun deck area.
Sleeping
There are two bedrooms in the main house with an ample open-plan living space upstairs, opening up entirely along one side onto the balcony. The lower level of the main house comprises two double bedrooms; one with an ensuite bathroom and a large dressing room; there is another spacious shower room for the second bedroom, which is set up as two twin beds. Both bedrooms boast stunning views through large glass windows and doors and open onto a verandah with direct access to the infinity pool and sun patio. All bedrooms in The Winchester have air conditioning; each room's central point is a designer ceiling fan.
Outdoors
The 9-metre x 3-metre infinity pool is the perfect place to make the most of the spectacular views on the lower level at the front of the house. Next to the pool is a sun deck, bar & barbecue area, and an outside shower. The tropical gardens surround the property; these are flourishing. The outdoor spaces and parks are fully lit up with exterior lighting.

Please note due to the steps and drop-offs, children should be 10+ years old.
Staff & Service
Maid Service is included six days per week. A welcome hamper will be provided. Transfer from the port or airport is included for stays of 1 week or more. Tipping is very much appreciated for staff at approximately 5-10%. Our team recommend that any tips are spread out throughout the stay. This sets a positive atmosphere at the villa and reassures staff that their service is appreciated.
