Sleeping

On the Ground floor of Flamingo Villa, there is a lovely one-bedroom suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private patio. The two bedrooms on the main floor have double beds, an en-suite bathroom, and private patios. The first floor has the primary bedroom suite, en-suite bathroom, an additional lounge area and two spacious private balconies. A new studio has recently been added with its own entrance from the pool terrace, and it's a primary suite with an en-suite bathroom and kitchenette. The studio overlooks the pool and broad decking area.

Living

On the Ground floor of Flamingo Villa are a lovely one-bedroom suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and private patio. The main floor bedroom has two double beds, en-suite bathrooms and private patios. The upper-level floor boasts a primary suite with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, an additional lounge area and two spacious private balconies. Cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen; chef & meal preparation services can be arranged at an additional cost, so you can relax before enjoying an alfresco, poolside dining experience.

Outdoors

There is a newly built stunning infinity plunge pool with a broad furnished terrace overlooking the bay.

Description: Amitabha is a 6-bedroom luxury villa 200 metres above one of Bequia's most pristine beaches, Lower Bay. As its name suggests, "the Buddha of infinite light" - Amitabha, is a great place to escape from the stress of everyday life and find relaxation and calmness within. With its vast intertwined indoor and outdoor living spaces, visitors can enjoy 180-degree panoramic views of the beach and the beautiful Caribbean Sea. This stunning villa is perfect for a family vacation and can sleep up to 12 people.

Sleeping

Each luxuriously appointed bedroom has a king-sized four-poster bed, dressing room, and en-suite bathroom with shower and air conditioning. The primary bedroom suite also has a bathtub, a flat-screen television with cable, and a DVD player. (An inflatable mattress is available if an extra person joins your group). The house's layout has been designed with maximum tranquillity and privacy in mind, with the six bedrooms located in secluded areas of the house.

Outdoors

The 15-metre saltwater swimming pool is surrounded by an extensive garden full of beautiful flowers that includes two gazebos, one secluded with a hammock - perfect for an afternoon nap. The other has a gas barbeque for outdoor entertaining. There is also an outdoor bar. In addition, the property is completely fenced for privacy and security, with a large parking area.

Living

Two large open and beautifully furnished living areas overlook the west-facing terrace, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and cinema room with amenities such as a television with cable and DVD player, Wi-Fi, and a stereo system.

Fun & Games

Amitabha has an abundance of outdoor fun for families and groups that includes a large infinity pool, a tennis court with night lighting a basketball net and mountain bikes. The pool table and table football ensure evenings of fun and games for everyone. In addition, there are beach chairs, a complimentary supply of beach towels, snorkels and fins and beach bags.

Fitness Equipment

Amitabah has an indoor gym with a rowing machine, a Gold's gym machine, a cross trainer and yoga mats.

Staff

You can expect to be indulged by the well-trained staff. Daily maid service includes laundry, breakfast, and lunch service if desired (guests pay for provisioning). Evening chef service can be arranged at US$ 48 per person for dinner, fully inclusive of food & wine or US$ 20 per person for dinner + the cost of the food & wine. For those who enjoy a little extra, butler service can be arranged. Initial provisioning and ongoing top-ups during your rental are taken care of. Location

The villa is ideally situated on a stunning cliff-top plot, providing breathtaking views of the picturesque Princess Margaret Beach and Admiralty Bay. Guests can relax in the private infinity pool and enjoy watching boats come and go in the harbour. King House is located just a two-minute walk from the two finest beaches on the island, Lower Bay and Princess Margaret Beach. These beaches offer several beach bars, restaurants, and stalls selling fruits, vegetables, souvenirs, and local beverages.

The Villa

King House was built on an old fishing cottage and featured a contemporary and unique design spread over three levels. The villa's magnificent pool is one of the most beautiful in Grenadines. It includes a cascading waterfall from a smaller plunge pool on the primary suite balcony. The main building includes a large, comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a walk-in pantry, a laundry room, a guest cloakroom and a shower room. The villa's decor features an open-plan, luxurious design with polished hardwood floors and comfortable sofas, providing direct access to the gazebo and BBQ area.

Sleeping

The primary suite, located upstairs, offers breathtaking views and features its own private plunge pool for a secluded retreat. This secure gated property is gated and provides complete privacy. The main town of Port Elizabeth, bars & restaurants of the Belmont Walkway and the beaches of Lower Bay & Princess Margaret are just a 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk.

Sleeping

The house comfortably sleeps 10 with five bedrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have blackout curtains. The king beds all have luxury linens and Hungarian goose-down duvets. The three luxurious Italian tiled bathrooms are furnished with beautiful Lefroy Brooks fittings. The bedrooms are screened with ceiling fans and air conditioning so guests can sleep in the natural breeze or with a/c.

Indoors

The south-facing rooms and wrap-around veranda are all positioned to make the most of Bequia's magnificent year-round climate. Description: Cassava is a beautiful private villa with an eclectic feel and atmosphere. The villa has stunning views over the sea and enjoys glorious sunsets.

Location

At just 150 steps from the white sandy beach of Lower Bay, guests can enjoy a swim or lounge by one of the nearby beach bars or restaurants at any time of the day. However, access to the villa is quite steep; therefore, a rental jeep is recommended.

The Villa

Cassava's design and construction have been inspired by local and classic English styles, with materials and furniture selected and imported from near and far. The house is equipped with everything you would expect in a modern luxury house, with fans throughout and additional air conditioning in all bedrooms.

Interior

The main entrance leads through an entrance hall straight into an open-plan living room with three sets of large double doors opening out behind the house into a courtyard planted with frangipani and ginger lilies. Here, water flows over the edge of a large stone urn into a pool of lilies beneath. From the courtyard, an external staircase leads up to a sun deck with far-reaching views of the sea, equipped with loungers for sun worshippers who are after some secluded privacy. The fully equipped kitchen is to the left of the living room, and the outdoor annexe to the kitchen houses a barbecue. The spacious living room seats nine comfortably and has a 32-inch wall-mounted television and DVD player that supplies local and American cable channels.

Outdoors

14ft doors slide into the walls to lead from the living area to the house's expansive ocean-facing terrace, which spans the full width of the house. To the left, at one end, a carved wooden entrance leads into the dining room with seating for up to 12 guests at a circular table under a gazebo-style roof. A private path takes guests directly from the beach through the property's private hillside garden. Crowned by trees, its parking bay has room for four cars and a turning circle.

Sleeping

The villa comprises four double ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a private ocean-facing terrace, a large dressing room, a shower, and a bathroom. A coral stone spiral staircase leads to a hall at a lower level on the hillside with a small fridge for drinks the two double ensuite bedrooms. The beds in these two bedrooms can be made up of twin or king-size beds. Both rooms lead out onto their private terraces with views of the ocean.

Location

Sweet Mango is located on a gentle hillside in a friendly, quiet, & welcoming neighbourhood, just 300 paces from the two finest stretches of sand on Bequia - Princess Margaret Beach and Lower Bay.

Outdoors

The apartment is surrounded by Bougainvillea and landscaped tropical gardens attracting hummingbirds with its kaleidoscope of Caribbean colours. Guests can enjoy private outside space that includes loungers and chairs located beside the inviting plunge pool. A dining table for al fresco dining for up to 6 people and a Weber BBQ grill for outdoor cooking. The views down to Lower Bay beach and out into Admiralty Bay are simply stunning. So pour a cocktail, sit back & relax! Please note that a larger pool in the main house may also be available for guests’ use, with the owners' permission. Sweet Mango has sliding French doors that open to the fresh Caribbean breezes. So wherever you happen to be (in bed, in the living room, or the kitchen), your views are unobstructed and magnificent.

Living

There is a large Caribbean style living room with a comfortable couch and hammock, along with two wicker side chairs. Telephone and cable television are provided as well as both 220 volt and 110-volt electrical services. The WIFI provided is fast, reliable, high-speed cable. The open-air kitchen is well appointed with new appliances, including a large ice-making refrigerator and a full-sized four-burner stove with an oven. In addition, there is a coffee maker, microwave, and toaster, along with a full complement of cookware, plates, glasses and utensils. The kitchen features a hardwood island with cushioned stools for early-morning coffee.

Sleeping

The primary bedroom has air conditioning and a queen-sized bed with mosquito nets, a day bed for an additional person (or to relax) and a generous open closet. This room has great cross ventilation, so it's nice and breezy; new overhead fans have recently been installed for additional comfort. The en-suite bathroom is large, with hardwood counters and a shower with glass bricks to let in light. The second bedroom has air conditioning and a newly installed ceiling fan. The bedroom has two comfortable twin beds with mosquito nets, ample closet space, and an en-suite shower room plus a washbasin.

Staff

Twice weekly maid service is included in the rental price, and additional days can be negotiated if desired. In addition, we can arrange a complimentary taxi service from the ferry pier or airport with notification of arrival times. Numerous rental cars are available on the island, but they are not necessary due to this property's prime location.

Description: The Old Fort is a fully restored plantation house, once a fully working sugar plantation dating back to the Middle Ages. The villa was constructed with cobblestones and wood beams in the classic French Mediterranean mansion-house style. The large renovated buildings have been completely rebuilt, using the same stone once part of the original property & forming the centre of an incredible 28-acre estate.

The Villa

This eco villa boasts an open-air design, embracing its natural surroundings and eliminating its carbon footprint with solar panels. Opting for natural ventilation is an accurate model for sustainable living, ensuring that every stay is as environmentally responsible as it is comfortable. Experience the ultimate blend of history and eco-friendliness at this stunning carbon-neutral property. The house is naturally cooled by the breeze from the Atlantic Ocean, which makes the indoor temperature comfortable enough to use a blanket at night. The house has recently added a/c units in two of the bedrooms for those with sensitivity to the tropics.

The location is an oasis of tranquillity, yet it is less than a 10-minute drive to reach the main town of Port Elizabeth, the bars & restaurants of the Belmont Walkway and the calm waters lapping onto the white sands of Princess Margaret & Lower Bay. In addition, the two neighbouring beaches, Ravine Bay and Hope Bay, are only a short hike away from the property.

Inside

Within the main building lies a large banquet-style kitchen with a magnificent dining room area that turns into a magical setting at night. Enjoy a home-style BBQ using the charcoal grill, surrounded by the estate's stunning views and lush surroundings. Fibre optic cable ensures that the wifi is quick and reliable for those who work remotely, or just to stay connected with friends and family.

Sleeping

Five uniquely styled suites comfortably accommodate 12 guests. Two of the bedrooms are airconditioned, the remaining rooms are very open and take advantage of the natural atlantic breezes. The two-bedroom primary suite is located on the second floor of the Old Fort building. This spacious suite features a large bedroom with a king-sized four-poster bed a second bedroom with a queen bed), a custom-designed bathroom with a pebbled bathtub, and a sitting room with a library. The suite boasts beautiful hardwood floors, high arched hardwood ceilings with ceiling fans, and two balconies with stunning views of the estate and the surrounding islands. This room has windows on two sides and is very open so have a wonderful breeze, this room does not have air conditioning

A second suite at the top of the central tower offers breathtaking 360-degree views through its many windows. This king-sized four-poster bed suite also has a sofa, an en-suite bathroom with an open pebbled shower, and a ceiling fan to keep the room cool. Wake up with all the Grenadine Islands in view.

The third suite is in the central tower, offering a romantic atmosphere with ancient stone walls. This suite features a large four-poster king-sized bed, a sitting area, and an en-suite pebbled shower bathroom accessed from a private balcony.

A fourth suite is located on the ground floor of the main tower and features hardwood floors throughout. It includes a sitting area, a king-sized four-poster bed, and an en-suite pebbled shower bathroom.

A fifth suite is in a separate building above the outdoor bar and pool area. It features a queen-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony with views of the Grenadine Islands, including Grenada, on a clear day. This room has a fan.

Description: Laid back luxury living from its perfectly located ridge-top position on the southern-most tip of Bequia. The villa is the perfect base for those seeking peace & seclusion, whilst also being within striking distance of the main amenities & shopping of Port Elizabeth, the bars/restaurants of the Belmont Walkway & the main beaches of Princess Margaret & Lower Bay. The Liming is a short walk along the beach.

Sleeping

The villa features five spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms, each beautifully designed with an en-suite bathroom and stunning ocean views. The king-size beds can be converted into twin singles in one of the bedrooms for flexible family accommodation. The bedrooms are spread across three separate buildings: four are divided between two villa wings, while the primary bedroom suite is in its own standalone building. Please note: The primary bedroom suite is only available for bookings of nine or more guests. For smaller groups, the four bedrooms in the two wings will be prepared.

Indoors

The main living space has folding doors that open out onto the stunning terraces overlooking the ocean. Modern, relaxed sofas combine to create a soft, central meeting point flanked to both the south and the north by stunning ocean vistas.

Outdoors

There are two stylish pools – the smaller infinity plunge pool on the upper deck and a larger swimming pool on the lower sun deck that measures 40 feet by 20 feet. Both are south-facing and are surrounded by natural wood decking. There are a total of eight loungers to soak up the warm Caribbean sun whilst sipping on a cocktail – pure bliss - Sandrock is situated on a safe and calm beach, making it the ideal place for swimming as well as offering the chance to experience Bequia’s world-class snorkelling (complimentary gear provided). There is even a sandy volleyball court & games area next to the pool & bar.

Staff

Complimentary airport transfers along with a meet and greet upon arrival with the house team followed by drinks and nibbles. Discreet and attentive staff on stand-by to provide housekeeping duties, including complimentary maid service every 2-3 days.

Good To Know

Your safety and well-being are essential to us. We ask that children be supervised by an adult at Sandrock Villa, especially around unfenced areas, swimming pools, balconies, and water.

Storm Beryl in mid-2024 did some damage to the Jetty and washed away a lot of the beach sand. The sand has since returned to the beaches and the jetty will be repaired and rebuilt at some point in the future. Our recent guests did not feel that the limited use of the jetty impacted their stay.

Description: Palm Villa is a beautifully presented 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa set in beautifully manicured gardens with palm trees, flowers, fruit trees and grassy areas in the Mount Pleasant area of Bequia.

This location offers peace & seclusion, welcoming tropical breezes and panoramic views whilst just a 7-10 minute drive from Port Elizabeth, Belmont Walkway's bars & restaurants, and the island's most popular white-sand beaches.

Indoors

The central part of the first floor comprises a substantial open-plan living room & kitchen area with comfortable seating, tasteful décor and a dining table for six people. There is an island in the kitchen area complete with a gas hob, and the high-quality finish and appliances include an oven, a fridge/freezer and a dishwasher. There is also a separate kitchenette. Other features of this property include cable TV, WIFI, safes for valuables and a BBQ.

Outdoors

The outdoor space can be accessed from both bedrooms and the main living area via hardwood folding doors, so there is the option to blur the lines between indoor & outdoor living, giving a wonderful sense of freedom & space. The immediate outdoor space is covered, allowing outdoor dining with seating for six. The generous terrace area has cooling coral tiles allowing guests to walk barefoot even in the heat of the day, and there are four pool-side sun loungers. The welcoming tradewinds are almost constant and keep the house comfortable and mosquito-free. The property does have the option of air-conditioning, but it would rarely be required, given the desirable hilltop location. The villa has a gated entrance and paved driveway to accommodate several vehicles. Guests will feel at one with nature upon their first footsteps on the grounds. The first level of the property has a substantial and impressive outside space, complete with a 42ft private pool. At the rear of the property is a lovely private garden area with an outdoor shower.

Sleeping

On the first level, there are two en-suite bedrooms with 4-poster beds and French doors to the front leading out onto the terrace & pool. The villa has been thoughtfully designed, with the two bedrooms at opposite ends of the property to maximise privacy. A 200-meter stroll down the road takes guests to a newly opened air-conditioned Gym & Fitness Centre, Grocery store, Bakery and the local Ocar Beach. The harbour town of Port Elizabeth is just a few minutes stroll away for more shops, restaurants and all amenities.

Indoors

The main living area level features a spacious lounge and kitchen/dining area that opens onto the pool deck with spectacular views of Port Elizabeth and the beautiful east coast Lower Bay and Princess Margaret Beach. The open and airy pavilion-style design is naturally cooled by the Caribbean trade winds that constantly flow in from the sea. There are also ceiling fans in each of the bedrooms, and the louvred windows allow plenty of airflows. The windows and doors are fully screened, and mosquito nets are on the beds for additional comfort. Just feet from Lower Bay beach with its various bars and beach chair rentals. You will find it easy to relax and appreciate the beauty and stunning views from Provision House.

Indoors

Provision House has an abundance of large windows and double doors and is decorated in calming shades of yellow. The kitchen is very well equipped, with plenty of space to prepare meals. In addition, this rental has a beautiful sizeable wrap-around veranda where guests can relax and enjoy the fantastic ocean views and the sounds of the sea. There is also an additional dining area and grill on the rear terrace so guests can enjoy meals or sundowner cocktails with the fresh accompaniment of a cool Caribbean Breeze. There is fast Wifi internet throughout the house and smart tv in the living room. In addition, the property is wired for both 110/220-volt appliances.

Sleeping

Provision House has two large ensuite air-conditioned bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and french doors that open out toward the bay, while the second has two single beds, which can convert into a king-sized bed on request, this bedroom overlooks the rear garden.

Outdoors

Description: Villa Morberg is a stunning 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa comfortably sleeping 8-10 people. Set in a peaceful & secluded position on a breezy hillside in Belmont. The owner is a trained chef & actor, and his love for cooking is reflected across the three kitchen areas. Despite its secluded location, the main town of Port Elizabeth, the bars/restaurants of the Belmont Walkway and the best beaches of Princess Margaret & Lower Bay are located just a 5-10 minute drive away.

Living

The royal architect of Sweden has thoughtfully designed the villa into several independent sections, allowing guests to stay together while maintaining privacy. There is also an abundance of chill-out areas both inside and out to enjoy coming together as a group. When the villa is not rented in its entirety each area can be rented individually, the areas are Luxury Master Suite, The Guest Wing and The Loft Studio.

Sleeping

The Luxury Master Suite is laid out across two floors; the primary bedroom suite has a King size bed and an en-suite bathroom; it's located on the upper level and has commanding views over the entire bay. In addition, there is a walk-in closet, office space, indoor & outdoor showers, a relaxing hammock area and a further guest bathroom.

The Guest Wing has two en-suite bedrooms at either end of the building for maximum privacy, and a central kitchen area separates these. There are flat-screen TV’s and a private terrace area to soak up the majestic views. This area is ideal for two couples or a family.

The Loft Studio is very spacious and perfect for a couple; it has a king-sized bed and can accommodate two further guests on the double sofa bed in the main living area. The entrance opens into a stunning kitchen on the lower floor that extends onto the terrace and the inviting private infinity pool with incredible views: a walk-in wardrobe and outside balcony space with a beautiful bay view complete the Loft area.

Outdoors

The villa has some of the most outstanding panoramic views in the entire Southern Caribbean. Watching the sunset over Admiralty bay from one of the many terraces or sipping a cocktail in the private infinity pool is a magical experience! The sunsets from the villa are magical, so sip on your cocktail in the private infinity pool – you have found a magical spot! Take 2 or 3 steps up to a private tropical garden area from here. A lovely serene reading/chill-out area is located under the stairs, allowing for a quiet space and leading to a small walled courtyard garden area. Laze on the double day bed, sun loungers or the swing chair to take in those incredible views.

Inside

Guests enter the property into the expansive open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, which stretch out onto the spacious covered deck terrace overlooking the yachts anchored below in Admiralty Bay. A laundry room is also available on the premises.

Sleeping

Destiny is designed with the primary bedroom suite commanding half of the upper level of the building. The Villa

Stardust comprises five separate buildings: the Main House, the North Primary Bedroom, the South Primary Bedroom, the Cabana and the Tower. The design of these buildings allows for spectacular ocean views as there are many expansive windows, large doors and spacious decks.

Inside

The villa is tastefully decorated in classic Caribbean style. The villa has an open-plan living-dining area, with a large dining table that can comfortably seat up to 10 guests. Connected to this room is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with everything one might need on vacation on Bequia. Stardust also has a 30 ft. pool ideal for swimming laps, with a broad deck surrounding the pool. The great room comprises the living and dining areas which open up to a wraparound terrace and the views through five large tri-fold doors located on three sides of the room, effortlessly combining the indoor and outdoor living spaces. The living area features a spectacular vaulted Brazilian Ipe wood ceiling and architecturally designed Ipe floors. It is elegantly furnished with two over-sized white sofas, tables, lounge chairs and ottomans making it the perfect place to relax at any time of day while enjoying the ocean breezes. The dining area features a large mahogany dining table which seats 10.

Sights & Sounds has a large well-appointed gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a large centre island as well as walk-in pantry with range of small appliances and dinnerware.

Plenty Wind is located on its own private headland area overlooking beautiful Hope Bay and Mustique Island. The villa has it's only private access road which runs graciously through the estate and is only 10 minutes drive away from Port Elizabeth, Bequia's main bustling seafaring town. A 20-minute hike will take you to white sand Hope Bay, Bequia's most secluded, romantic and un-spoilt beach.

Outdoors

The large estate surrounding Plenty Wind encompasses approximately 10 acres and is filled with lush tropical gardens and local woodland. Spectacular views stretch across the eastern Grenadine islands over Balliceaux and Battowia, to Mustique and even St. Vincent in the north. An infinity pool with a beautiful, unique sparkling brown colour is located between both buildings. In addition, there is a private cliff top gazebo with an amazing view and atmosphere, perfect for escaping from reality.

The Villa

The renowned architect, Jack Beyer of New York, designed this fantastic villa using a combination of local stone and South American hardwoods, and floors made with Spanish terracotta tiles. The brief given to British-based architect Jake Edgley, who trained with Sir Norman Foster, was to create something with a high "wow" factor that is very comfortable to live in with lots of natural ventilation, achieved with its award-winning architecture at this stunning location.

Outdoors

There are many ways to entertain oneself when visiting Mangwana. An outdoor area is set up for petanque (boules), or you can use the games room and TV room that feature table tennis, table football, a rowing machine and a massage table. A shaded terrace on the southwest side of the villa provides a perfect spot for barbecuing and dining outdoors. In addition, one can enjoy the walled garden area in the southeast, where visitors can lounge in the hammock while watching the pet tortoises. The grand infinity pool is the central feature of Mangwana, with all principal rooms leading directly off it. At 600 feet above the sea, visitors can enjoy 300 degrees of astounding views across Balliceaux, Battowia, Mustique and the Southern Grenadines Islands. The wooden sundeck, located at treetop level just below the pool, is ideal for enjoying these fantastic views.

Living

When arriving at Mangwana, you enter a mezzanine level that opens up to the spacious and well-equipped open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, all under a beautiful vaulted ceiling. From here, the impressive 16ft Brazilian hardwood doors frame the pool with a backdrop of magnificent views across the Grenadines.

Sleeping

The two towers on each poolside have five of the spacious and cool bedrooms. Two bedrooms boast king-sized beds, whilst the others have twin beds that can easily be made into king-sized doubles. Each bedroom has its private balcony, with views of the grand pool or the breathtaking scenery of the neighbouring islands. Four of these bedrooms are en-suite, with two opening up to the night skies so visitors can enjoy the Milky Way directly above while showering. The sixth bedroom in the separate guest wing, also en-suite and boasting two large balconies, is located separately to the southwest side of the villa. Mangwana has a comfortable guest wing rented separately for US$ 950 per week.

Staff

Rental includes a welcome evening meal, transfers on arrival, daily maid service and meal preparation service if required.

Jeep

The owners of Mangawana offer a Jeep for guests to use during their stay; the rental rate includes this.

The Hummingbird Deck apartment has two beautiful, en-suite bedrooms with unique features that will delight any guest. The front bedroom has direct access to the deck via mahogany French doors, so step out of bed & start to enjoy those incredible ocean, bay & beach views! It also benefits from an air-conditioning & fan cooling system plus an en-suite bathroom featuring a hot water "rain" shower. This master bedroom has a 4-poster queen-size bed, plus a dressing table, and there is ample storage & wardrobe space. The rear en-suite bedroom is relaxed & comfortable with twin beds that can also be merged into a super-king sized bed if required. This makes the Hummingbird Deck adaptable to suit both couples & families.

Living

In the apartment's main living area lies a well-equipped kitchen, with a gas cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, tea & coffee making facilities & all the home comforts. The thoughtfully designed, large windows allow guests to admire the view from every angle. This facility provides the convenient option to cook and dine in privacy (or the helpful villa owners can organise a private chef if desired). The kitchen opens the ample living space with a breakfast bar, twin sofas and a coffee table. There is also a Bluetooth tower speaker so you can stream your favourite tunes – maybe some reggae is appropriate! A mobile phone with credit and a welcome pack with groceries plus wine & beer are provided. An additional two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment Ocean Deck is available to rent in the same building should guests be travelling as a group.

Hope Lodge has a superb central kitchen and numerous indoor & outdoor spaces to relax & entertain. As you'd expect from such a premium rental, there are also modern amenities such as Cable TV, DVD player, high-speed Wifi, air conditioning, and friendly and efficient staff. The Great Lodge comprises a vast reception room, bar area, sitting room, kitchen & cloakroom.

Outdoors

This expansive property offers privacy and the opportunity to gather together in the magnificent Great Lodge or by the 45 ft swimming pool. The day room next to the pool is the perfect spot for afternoon cocktails, dining, and relaxation.

Sleeping

Guests can then return to their private lodge for rest and sleeping. Hope Lodge boasts six bedrooms and six bathrooms in the following layout. The two Primary Lodges: each lodge has a bedroom, bathroom, dressing room & sitting room. The Guest Lodge: has a bedroom, dressing room & bathroom. My family and I recently (Jan/Feb 2022) returned from a two-week vacation in Bequia. We arranged our villa rental and travel plans through Jill at Blue Grenadines –an EXCELLENT decision. Jill organized everything – the entire process was seamless, with no detail overlooked. In addition, Jill was available to answer all our questions and make recommendations; before, during, and after our departure. We had a couple of tense moments because of airline logistics and flight cancellations, but Jill and the villa owners were patient and accommodating. When we travel, we always say – you can get the sun, sand, and ocean waves in any tropical destination – it is the people that create the beauty, magic, and lasting memories. To express that Jill, her team, and the entire villa staff (Jan, Louis, Lennox, Laverne, Laurine, Nikki, Jerome, Priscilla, and Ruth) were exceptional would be an understatement. They went above and beyond – it felt like home - Family. We left parts of our hearts with each of them – but will be back and look forward to creating more beautiful memories. Living

The impressive entrance and sweeping driveway leading up to the villa which has been finished to a very high standard. The property has air conditioning & a fan cooling system, and high-speed WIFI. The main part of the villa has a luxury kitchen, a second kitchen in the studio, a lounge, and a generous outside space to relax by the pool and dine al-fresco under the stars. The three studio cottages each have fully equipped kitchens with an oven, electric halogen hob, microwave, sink, cutlery, crockery and utensils. These self-contained units offer privacy & seclusion and have their own outside space and incredible ocean views.

Outdoors

Guests can enjoy the large infinity pool with views across to Mustique and other Grenadine islands. Lounge on your private sundeck and sip on a cocktail – just wonderful! Other features include large wraparound verandas, an outside beach shower and high ceilings. All guests have access to the beautiful infinity pool.

Sleeping

There are 5 ensuite bedrooms; the property comprises an upper floor with 3 bedrooms (including one self-contained cottage studio) and a lower level with two further self-contained cottage studios. This layout means that the property can cater for a variety of group sizes from just one couple up to a large group of 12. The upper level of the main house can accommodate up to 6 people in comfort.

Staff

Twice weekly housekeeping is included in the rate. A dedicated House Manager will greet guests upon arrival with a refreshing drink and a personal tour of the property. They will be on hand throughout the stay to cater for your every need. The staff also includes a maid and gardener.
