The Stone House is built using local Bequia stone and hardwood, creating a tropical hideaway atmosphere. Guests can enjoy both sunrise & sunset views from the beautifully landscaped grounds. The location is unique, with the Caribbean Sea steps behind the property and panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Location

The villa is located in a secluded private-walled tropical garden, less than 70 paces from the beach and Belmont's waterfront walkway.

Sleeping

The property comprises three bedrooms sleeping up to six guests. The primary bedroom has a king bed, with a newly renovated ensuite bathroom overlooking the swimming pool. The second & third bedrooms have queen-sized beds and ensuite bedrooms with showers and tubs, and both bedrooms overlook a terrace and garden with seating and a dining area. All bedrooms are airconditioned, and each has a ceiling fan and floor standing fan and mosquito nets over the beds.

Outdoors

The pool area is devoted to al-fresco dining with an adjacent lower-level BBQ terrace. The living area is adjacent to the courtyard with a formal dining room, gallery and a kitchen at one end.

Living

The main living space includes a well-equipped kitchen and two separate dining areas, one overlooking the swimming pool and another on the rear terrace overlooking the sea. The house has ample indoor/outdoor lounging areas with comfortable, modern furnishings and satellite TV. A raised loft has a comfortable sofa and overlooks a spacious open room with a desk.

Tipping is very much appreciated for staff at approximately 5-10%. Our team recommend that any tips are spread out throughout the stay. This sets a positive atmosphere at the villa and reassures staff that their service is appreciated.
