The Villa
Balliceaux House is built from Brazilian Greenheart lumber and Bequia stone, blending modern and Indonesian-inspired designs. It's designed for the tropics with an open layout to allow natural ventilation from the Atlantic trade winds.
The Location
Located above Crown Point, the villa provides views of the Atlantic Ocean, Spring Bay, and the islands of Battowia and Balliceaux.
The Bedrooms
The villa has three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom. Two rooms have queen-sized beds, while the master bedroom features a king-sized bed and an outdoor shower. The Archipelago line of products is provided in each bathroom.
Outdoors
Surrounded by terraced gardens, the villa guarantees privacy. There's a plunge pool accompanied by sun loungers and an open balcony that extends the living area.
The Staff
Maid service is provided three times weekly, ensuring a clean environment. The villa also features an alarm system for security.
Services
Free calls are available to the US, Canada, and Europe. The villa comes with high-speed wireless internet and cable TV. Optional services include West Indian dinners prepared by a chef (at an additional cost), kitchen provisioning, and the use of a tennis court. Guests can also book boat trips on the villa's 31 ft.
