Francyn Villa is a recently completed, contemporary villa offering high-quality accommodation combined with convenient access, being only steps away from Lower Bay Beach, one of the two best swimming beaches on the island. A classic plantation house design, the villa's elevated location provides a panoramic view of the beautiful bay, raising the bar for comfortable villa rentals in Lower Bay.

Just meters from the water's edge, this convenient location provides a tranquil and relaxed vantage point to enjoy the area and its surroundings. The villa is just a few minutes walk from numerous restaurants and bars, including Fernando's Hideaway, De Reef, Keegan's, and La Plage. The location makes it ideal for families and guests who may not want to rent a vehicle and enjoy spending most of their time on the beach.
Sleeping
Francyn Villa features four air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. Each bedroom features a queen-sized four-poster bed. The bedrooms open to a wrap-around balcony so guests can walk straight outside their rooms.
The Villa
The living areas and the bedrooms open out spaciously to the wrap-around balcony. The villa was built as two completely self-contained upper and lower-level units, each with independent living areas, patios and kitchens, offering flexible rental options from one bedroom upward.
Outdoors
Francyn Villa also comprises two large sun decks with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, outdoor seating, tables, and generous-sized market umbrellas. These decks ensure that guests enjoy living comfortably outdoors enjoying the Caribbean sun.
Staff
Twice weekly maid service is included, and meal preparation service is available on request at an extra charge.
