Each level is self-contained and can be rented separately or rented as a house:

The upper level features a great open-plan room with a lounge and modern kitchen, similar to an exclusive Mustique villa. The primary bedroom is on this level; it has a large en suite bathroom and a private balcony.

On the lower level is a second bedroom, slightly larger than the primary suite; it also has a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom. There is a small kitchen and lounge on this level with a pull-out sofa bed. For convenience, there is even an outdoor shower on the terrace for rinsing off after visiting the beach. The laundry room is on the lower level.
