Location

Letovah is an eco-friendly, contemporary villa perfectly positioned on Mount Pleasant, offering an almost 360-degree panoramic view and a permanent breeze running through the whole house. In addition, guests can enjoy a free vista west to Admiralty Bay and the beaches below and east across Mustique and other Grenadine islands.

Indoors

The villa features a unique and grand corner primary bedroom window and high ceilings constructed from natural materials sourced locally. It can sleep six people comfortably. Glass tiles and pigmented cement countertops have accented tropical wood, stones & pebbles. Letovah has a Balinese theme; this property exudes laid-back luxury. The spacious living and dining room has a fully equipped open kitchen with magnificent views encompassing the entire span of Admiralty Bay, including Princess Margaret and Lower Bay beaches, the two best swimming beaches on the island. In the cool office/snug area off the main lounge is a 42-inch flat-screen TV, a perfect playroom for children.

Outdoors

The open-concept living room opens to an expansive terrace via impressive bi-fold mahogany doors, revealing a gorgeous infinity-edged plunge pool. Guests will soak up beautiful sunsets whilst sipping on a poolside cocktail - pure bliss!. If you prefer the view overlooking Mustique, you can see this from the back garden, with a convenient BBQ grill and chill-out area with seating & table. Have your lunch or enjoy a drink during sunset from the main terrace, which faces Princess Margaret's beach. There is also the opportunity to seek shade during the day's hottest hours and nap in a courtyard hammock under the pergola that faces Mustique. The views are gorgeous everywhere within Letovah, with the constant trade winds keeping the villa cool all day. Despite this idyllic & peaceful location, guests are only about a 5-10 minute drive away from the main beaches, the town of Port Elizabeth and the bars/restaurants of the Belmont Walkway.

Sleeping

With its vast panoramic corner window, the primary bedroom suite has a terrace overlooking the entire bay. A large en-suite bathroom has a stone wall shower overlooking Mustique and a full dressing room with a private refrigerator, dresser, and ample closet space. The other two bedrooms, equipped with queen-sized beds, also enjoy a private terrace with sweeping views of Admiralty Bay and private bathrooms with high-end faucets and hand-carved marble sinks. The house benefits from the natural cooling breeze, and there are fans for those who need something extra.

Staff

Also included is daily housekeeping (Mon-Fri) & refreshing arrival drinks. In addition, a personal cook is available upon request for a reasonable fee.
