Set in extensive gardens with two swimming pools and located in an elevated position overlooking spectacular views. Guests have direct access to the bay below for swimming and snorkelling.

Location

Look Yonder Villa and Cottages is located at Crown Point, Industry Bay, on a small peninsula protected by a small island about one hundred feet offshore. The property has stunning panoramic views incorporating Spring Bay, Crescent Bay and the uninhabited islands of Balliceaux and Battawia. In addition, the harbour town of Port Elizabeth, with an abundance of restaurants, shops and cafes, is just a 10-minute drive away.

Outdoors

There are two swimming pools, a larger pool located directly in front of the main villa and a smaller pool shared by the two cottages. Thirty-nine steps lead from the gardens to the small beach below - perfect for a cool dip or kayaking.

Main Villa

The main villa has over 4500 sqft of air-conditioned living space. The two spacious ensuite bedrooms comprise a sizeable primary suite with a double shower/vanity and a walk-in wardrobe, and the 2nd bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and wardrobe. The spacious kitchen is off the open lounge/dining area that leads directly onto the pool terrace.

Cottages

The two self-contained cottages have a similar layout, with two ensuite bedrooms and open plan kitchen living spaces. In addition, the cottages share their own swimming pool.

Maid service is included in the rate, 5 days per week
